Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles

September 1, 2021

I don’t know about you but I feel like the month of August has just flown by, I can’t believe we are going into one of the last few weekends we have left of summer before fall kicks into high gear! So with holding on to the last of the season I thought it would be fun to share this super easy strawberry popsicle recipe with you. It takes just 5 ingredients, a blender, popsicle molds and few hours later you have a tasty treat!

This Recipe is healthy and tastes like a frozen smoothie, would that make it okay to eat them for breakfast?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries {Tightly Packed}
  • 70g of light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps of honey

Instructions

  1. In blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into your popsicle molds
  3. Freeze for approx. 5 hours minimum {I usually make mine the night before and let them set overnight}

    *Note: These are very natural in flavour if you feel like you want yours a little sweeter you could add 2 Tbsps of sugar, or more to suit your tastes, we like them just as is!
    * My Molds are single use and a bit deeper so the batch filled 4, but would make a batch of 6 regular popsicle molds.

Aren’t these little strawberry molds the cutest! I got them at my local Dollarama, another great find.

Anyone else get major Strawberry Shortcake vibes from these “berry sweet” popsicles?

There you have it a super simple, sweet end of summer popsicle recipe, let me know if you try it out, or better yet if you have a popsicle recipe you think I should try!
