Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
I don’t know about you, but nothing is better than a fresh baked cookie, am I right? I love everything about baking, I find it relaxing, the sweet scents that fill the air, and of course the finished product that becomes something delicious out of a little flour and sugar! Theses double chocolate chip cookies are my go to, they are simple, can be made in a single bowl and are the perfect bite of salty and sweet. On top of that they are a chocolatey, chewy cookie that will have you going back for more!

- Roll the dough out into 12 large balls and place evenly on a parchment lines cookie sheet.
- Bake cookie for 10 – 12 minutes {you are looking for a cookie that is just a touch golden and dry, carfeful not to over bake or you won’t get that chewy texture}
- Let cool slightly then transfer to a cooling rack until cool enough to eat!
