Spilling the Tea {Bridgerton Brunch}
If you are like me you will have been {im}patiently waiting for the next chapter of Bridgerton with Season three coming out just in time for a long weekend binge fest! What better way to bring in the social season but with brunch of course.
A group of friends and I try to meet up at least once a month and usually it is for some banter over brunch, so I gathered the ladies and set out to host a perfectly delectable Bridgerton brunch!
Tea was served, along with petite yogurt parfaits, mini pancake stacks, a create your own croissant station, heart shaped cucumber sandwich pockets, charcuterie cups, sweets and of course mimosa’s with a selection of different juice flavours to compliment the bubbles!
The charcuterie cups above turned out perfectly in the cutest floral cups and the little golden bees were the perfect nod to the Bridgerton bee that is a highlight in the intro of the show. Below the tea box that holds my tea selection was a great addition to the brunch spread.
I created tags for each tea cup with the lady’s name and graphics of floating wisteria petals. Which matched perfectly with the Bridgerton cookbooks I gifted each guest before leaving. The books were tied with coordinating ribbon, a sprig of dried lavender from my garden and of course the latest copy of Lady Whistledown’s Society Papers.
I had to create a Lady Whistledown Society paper about the event, after all one can’t possibly spill the tea without it creating a buzz. These turned out so cute and were the perfect addition to the book favors. Most importantly I loved getting into character to write the latest entry and get it to press in time for the event!
By the time you will have read this I will have binged the entire first release of Bridgerton season three, and will be up to date all up on all the scandals and details. While again {im}patiently waiting the second release of the season on June 13th. Till then I hope you enjoyed all the details and are now a buzz with my Bridgerton Brunch!
Till next time gentle readers …
