Happy Monday! How was your Halloween?

November 1, 2021

Hope you all had a great Halloween weekend, ours was spent with family, there were a few tricks courtesy of our pups, and lots of treats! Every year we make appies, a charcuterie board and some sweets. Once the trick or treaters have finished for the night we either play a game or put on a Hallloween movie. Do you have spooky season traditions or does it change each year? Today I am spending time packing up all of the Halloween décor {in case you missed my spooky home tour you can have a peek here!} I am already thinking of what I can do next year, I had so much fun creating this years décor, I can’t wait to get creative and do something new! Before I close the door on another successful spook-tober, I wanted to share these sweet cookies and cute little boo cake I made, I loved how they turned out and they deserve a little time in the spotlight!

Didn’t they turn out so sweet, I think the little ghosts with the rosy cheeks are my favourite, but really it’s hard to choose! I love the colour combo, and can’t wait to ice some holiday cookies next!

Lastly, I wanted to share another Halloween traditional, dressing up our four pups, do you make or buy costumes for the pups in your family? I just can’t help myself it is too cute seeing them all dressed up, I will admit it was a little chaotic getting them all to pose for this shot, but I just love it!

Seriously how cute are they! They look ready to take on the wicked witch, and meet the wizard! Well I better get packing up all of the décor and putting the house back together just in time to do it all over again for Christmas!

Till next time!

Loved following your Halloween adventures. Of course the pups took center stage. Too cute.
